This post is an introduction into the inner workings of my mind.
Okay, not really. I don't go into my mind-it's scary in there. Booze, clothes, old boyfriends, and memories are thrown everywhere. One day I'll think about organizing. Maybe with something from Ikea.
Currently, I stay at home with the kids. And by stay at home with the kids, I mean, sleep and run errands while they're in school. The Girl is 10 and The Boy is 5. I'd say I love them more than anything in the world. We all know that's not true. Nothing comes before ice cream in my heart.
I am married, most of the time. The husband, EM, is an electrician in the Navy and is currently working a rotating shift work schedule. His schedule for the month starts on a Tuesday: 7 days of 2nd shift(swings), 2 days off, 7 days of overnights(mids), 36 hours off, 7 days of days, 2 days off, 4 days of classroom training(T week), 4 days off. We're going to be moving in June, our fifth move in 7 years. If there's one thing I learned growing up: You go where the paycheck goes. My dad wasn't in the military, but we did move around a lot.
So that's me. I'm not gonna say this is a funny blog. I'm not gonna say this is serious blog. This is my little corner of the internet. Hope you'll join me.
